Braised Chicken Wings and Eggs

Ingredients
- Chicken wings
- Boiled eggs
- Ginger, shallot, garlic
- Oyster sauce
- Light and dark Soy sauce
- Salt, pepper, sugar

Method
- Blench the chicken wings
- Heat up the pan. Add oil, put the chicken wings in cooked untill golden, add garlic and ginger cooked untill aroma arise, splash of rice wine, dark soy sauce until color.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and hot water, cover the pan and let it simmer under medium heat for 20 minutes. Cooked untill sauce thickens. And serve hot.
