Braised Mushrooms with Abalones and lettuce

Ingredients
- 2 spring onions
- 10 Mushrooms
- 6 fresh abalones
- 4 cloves of garlic
- A bunch of fresh lettuce
- A pinch of white pepper
- 1/4 Tsp of salt
- Half Tsp of sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp of LKK premium oyster sauce
- A Tsp of dark soy sauce

Method
- Stir fried garlic and spring onions until aromatic
- Put in mushrooms to stir fry until aromatic. Add sugar while stir frying mushrooms
- Add in boiling water to cover the ingredients.
- Add in salt, soy sauce, dark soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste and braise it until mushrooms absorb all the flavour.
- Braise for 45 mins, if too dry add more boiling water.
- Blanch lettece
- Put fresh abalone into braise mushrooms for 8 mins. Not too long unless it will be chewy.
- Stop the cooking.
- Plating time, place lettuce at the side of the dish, mushrooms in the middle, abalones on top and pour sauce over the abalone and mushrooms
