Braised pork belly

- Pork belly
- Rock sugar
- Soy sauce
- Dark soy sauce
- Chill
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Water

Method
- Cut the pork up into small pieces
- But the pork in hot water for 10 minutes and drain
- In a pan add rock sugar, rice wine, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chilli, garlic, ginger, a cup of water and let it cook with the lid for 90 minutes
- Remove the lid and let the sauce become thick
- All done enjoy:)
