Brown rice salad ( vegetarian & gluten free

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- Feta diced
- 2 carrots dices
- 1 red capsicum diced
- Half a red onion diced
- LKK gluten free soy sauce1/4 cup
- Light olive oil 1/4 cup
- Juice of one lemon

- LEE KUM KEE - GLUTEN FREE SOY SAUCE
Method
- Cook brown rice allow to cool
- Dice all vegetables and feta add to the rice mix well
- Combine lemon juice, olive oil, LKK gluten free soy sauce to make a dressing
- Add the dressing to the rice mixture
