Buffalo Chicken Potato Dinner

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 kg cubed potatoes
- 1 1/2 kg cubed chicken breast
- 395g ABC Extra Hot Chili Sauce
- 1 medium tomato (diced)
- 1 medium red onion (diced)
- 1 medium bell pepper (diced)
- 1 small cucumber (diced)
- 20ml lemon juice
- 50g plain yoghurt
- 50g mayonnaise
- 10g honey
- Rice to serve

Method
- In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, parsley flakes, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil then mix everything together
- Add the 1 kg of cubed potatoes, fully coat and bake in a single layer on a baking tray for 45 minutes at 150°C
- In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, parsley flakes, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil then mix everything together
- Add the 1.5 kg of cubed chicken, fully coat, then pan fry on high until cooked
- Add 300g ABC Extra Hot Chili Sauce, fully coat the chicken and fry until heated through, then set aside
- Make the fresh salad: mix to combine and put together right before eating, tomato, red onion, bell pepper, cucumber and lemon juice
- To make the tangy creamy ABC extra hot chili sauce: mix until fully combined ready to drizzle over the finished dinner, 95g ABC Extra Hot Chili Sauce, 50g plain yoghurt, 50g mayonnaise and 10g honey
- Plate and Serve: start with rice then chicken, potato, salad then drizzle with the tangy sauce
