Bulgogi Gimbap

Ingredients
- Carrots
- Beef rump
- Spinach
- Egg
- Korean Danmuji Pickle
- Braised burdock root
- Nori sheets
- Sushi rice and black rice
- Sesame oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion
- Korean pear
- Soy sauce

Method
- Slice rump against the grain and marinade in soy sauce, sugar, onions and korean pear puree. Marinade for at least 20mins
- Julienne carrots and saute in a bit of oil. Set aside. Saute spinach. Set aside. Saute beef until cooked and Set aside.
- Spread rice onto nori sheet and add all ingredients. Roll using sushi mat and slice to your liking.
