Buzo Sushi

Method

1. Boil the sushi rice and let it cool down. In a bowl mix tuna and kewpie mayonnaise
2. Lay out a sheet of sushi seaweed on sushi mat
3. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice onto the seaweed
4. At one end add a strip of tuna mix
5. Add a strip of cucumber and/or avocado on top of the tuna mix.
6. Roll the seaweed with the ingredients in it.
7. Cut the roll into half and you have a sushi roll.
