Buzo Sushi

Ingredients
- Sushi rice 3 cups
- Obento Yaki Nori seaweed sushi sheets 25g or 10 sheets
- Canned tuna 250grams
- Kewpie mayonnaise 50grams
- 1 avocado cut into strips
- 1 cucumber cut into strips

Method
- Boil the sushi rice and let it cool down. In a bowl mix tuna and kewpie mayonnaise
- Lay out a sheet of sushi seaweed on sushi mat
- Spread a thin layer of sushi rice onto the seaweed
- At one end add a strip of tuna mix
- Add a strip of cucumber and/or avocado on top of the tuna mix.
- Roll the seaweed with the ingredients in it.
- Cut the roll into half and you have a sushi roll.
