Cabbage and chilli beef

Ingredients
- 1kg of stirfry beef
- 1 onion sliced
- 1/4 - 1/2 cabbage
- Julienne carrots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 and 1/2 tbls oyster sauce
- 2 tbls soy sauce
- 1 tbls rice wine vinegar
- 2 tspn sesame oil
- 1 tbls chilli oil
- 2 tspn cornflour into slurry
- Noodles

Method
- Add some vegetable oil to pan and fry strips in batches until browned, then remove from pan and sit aside.
- Add onion to pan and fry for couple of minutes and add garlic and fry another minute.
- Add cabbage and carrot and mix until cabbage and carrot is just cooked with still some crisp.
- Add beef back to pan with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, chilli oil and cornflour slurry. Stirfry through until all mixed and add noodles.Eat and enjoy.
