Cantonese chicken

Ingredients
- Chicken strips
- Bok choy
- Broccolini
- Carrot
- Cabbage
- Red onion
- Udon noodles
- Cooking oil - sesame

Method
- Fry chicken strips on sesame oil and then put to the side once cooked
- Stir fry all vegetables for 4-5 minutes until softened and add in lee Kum Kee classic Cantonese stir fry sauce and once mix add in udon noodles, add cooked chicken
- Plate up meal, add sesame seeds, crispy chili oil and chives or spring onions
