Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken breast fillets cut into strips
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce for Cantonese Chicken packet
- 450gm Hokkien noodles
- 1 cup Snow peas
- 1 Red capsicum roughly chopped
- 2 Carrots peeled and sliced
- 1 Brown onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Peanuts
Method
- Heat oil in a wok or fry pan.
- Add chicken and stir fry until cooked, should take approximately 4 minutes
- Then add vegetables, peanuts and 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce for Cantonese Chicken, stir fry for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, place hokkien noodles, pour boiling water over to cover the noodles and leave for 2 minutes. Separate with a fork and drain.
- Gently mix noodles through stir fry and serve.
