Ingredients
- 250g lean pork mince
- 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
- One egg
- Tsp grated ginger
- Tsp minced garlic
- Tsp fish sauce
- Tsp chopped spring onions

- OBENTO - RICE WINE VINEGAR
Method
- Mix all ingredients together
- Steam for about 10mins or until meat is cooked through
- Serve right away with a side of soy sauce, fresh ginger or chilli oil and black vinegar
