Char siu pork

Ingredients
- 600g Pork
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Lee kum kee char siu sauce

- LEE KUM KEE - CHAR SIU SAUCE
Method
- Mix all ingredients enough to cover the pork. Marinade overnight
- Preheat air fryer at 200degC
- Airfry pork for 6 min
- Baste pork with marinade. Flip meat and Airfry pork for another 6 min.
- Baste pork with marinade. Flip meat and Airfry pork for another 3 min.
