Chashu Pork for Ramen

Ingredients
- Pork Belly
- 1 cup Mirin
- 1 cup Sake
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2x French Shallots, 5cm Ginger, 8 cloves of Garlic
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce

- OBENTO - MIRIN SEASONING
- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
Method
- Roll the pork belly and tie it up.
- Preheat the oven to 135 degree celsius. Add all the rest of the ingredients in an oven proof pan and bring to boil.
- Put the pork in the pan, the pork will not be fully submerged. Place the pan in the oven for 3 hours. Turn the pork every 20-30mnts to ensure the pork is glazed all around.
