Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon neutral oil
- 500g pork mince
- 6 garlic cloves crushed
- Coles family stir-fry vegetables kit
- Chilli flakes (to personal taste)
- 2 sachets of Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Stir Fry Sauce
- 3 teaspoons of Lee Kum Kee Chilli Oil
- 4 bunches/bulbs of bok choy
- 1 onion diced
- 1 pack of hokkien noodles

- LEE KUM KEE - CHIU CHOW STYLE CHILLI OIL
Method
- Heat oil in wok and brown diced onion
- Add pork mince and brown
- Once pork mince is almost finished browning push to one side of pan add chilli flakes, garlic and chilli oil. Cook for 30 seconds on high heat and then combine all together
- Add all vegetables and cook for 4 minutes
- Add hokkien noodles and add two sachets of black pepper sauce. Mix and cook until noodles are soft.
- Serve up and enjoy while hot!
