Cheeseburger

Ingredients
- 4x Brioche bun
- 500g premium fatty beef mince
- 20g pickled cucumber
- 1x onion
- 40g lettuce
- Worcestershire sauce
- 40g Kewpie mayo original
- 20g kewpie mayo spicy
- 20g tomato sauce
- 20g dijon mustard
- Tsp of salt
- Tsp pepper
- 5 eggs
- Pinch of msg

- KEWPIE - MAYONNAISE
Method
- Mix together condiments to make sauce
- Combine mince with worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and msg to make beef patty mix.
- Shape patties 1cm thick in circles to fry.
- Fry eggs whole sunny side up.
- Sautee onions with salt and sweat these, add worcestershire to add flavour and colour.
- Put together your burger with remaining condiments
