Ingredients
- Broccoli
- 500g chicken
- 3 slices of ginger
- 1 stalk of spring onion
- 1 packet of Lee Kum Kee Classic Cantonese Stir Fry sauce
- 1 tbsp of cooking oil

Method
- Cook broccoli in boiling water for 1min.
- Stir fry diced chicken breast with ginger and green onion for 5mins.
- Add LKK stir fry sauce, and combine broccoli. Stir fry for another 2mins.
- Serve and enjoy with steam rice!
