Chicken and Avo Sushi

Ingredients
- Sushi Rice
- Sushi seasoning
- Chicken breast 300g
- Avocado x 1
- Soy sauce
- Yaki Nori

Method
- Cook sushi riceCook chicken in ovenCut avocado
- Add sushi seasoning and allow to cool
- Once cool, place yaki nori on bamboo mat, add rice and chosen fillings.
- Roll and cut. Serve with soy sauce
