- Sunrice Koshihikari Sushi RiceĀ
- Avocardo
- Obento Japanese Yaki Nori
- Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise
- Steggles Chicken Fingers Crumbed

Method
- Cook 2 cups of rice in rice steamer.
- Cook 4 Steggles Chicken Fingers Crumbed in the oven for 15 minutes
- Add rice,Steggles Chicken Fingers Crumbed, avocardo and Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise to Obento Japanese Yaki Nori,
- Roll sushi using a bamboo mat. Use a sharp wet knife to cut sushi in half.
