Chicken and Avocando Sushi

Ingredients
- Yaki nori (seaweed)
- 200g chicken tenders
- Kewpie mayo
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- One avocado

- OBENTO - SUSHI RICE
Method
- Cook the sushi rice and chicken according to packet instructions.
- Lay one piece of seaweed on a bamboo mat. Spread an even amount of rice over the seaweed.
- Add the chicken and avocado along with the kewpie mayo.
- Roll the sushi and slice to serve!
