Chicken and vegtable healthfry

Ingredients
- Chicken tenderloin stir fry cut marinated in white pepper and coated in corn flower Natural Butter. No oil.
- Mixed vegtables cut into stir fry size of your choice and sliced chestnuts. Lots of diced garlic set aide.Natural Butter. No oil.Seseme oil raw
- Stiry fry sauce Ingredents- 1 cups chicken stock, one teaspoon chicken powerder, 2 table spoons oyster sauce, 5 table spoons chinese cooking wine, pinch of white pepper, pinch of msg.Corn flower reauired to thicken sauce. Set aside.

Method
- Heat wok. Stir fry marinated chicken in natual butter (no oil). Add onions, carrots and chesnuts. Remove when just cooked. Set aside.
- Add natural butter to pan. Add vegtables. Add lots of garlic which is finley chopped. Stir fry. Add stir fry sauce.Add corn flower to thicken stir fry sauce.
- Mix chicken and vegtables togther. Stir fry to ensure vegetables stay crispy. Turn off. Sprinkle seseme oil.Serve.
