Chicken Chaumen

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil and soy sauce 2 tablespoons spoon
- Capsicum sliced, onion sliced, green chilli sliced
- 50 gram chicken
- 2 eggs beaten
- Cumin and coriander powder 1 tablespoon spoon
- Cheek peas 100 gram
- Pinch of salt and msg
- Hakubaku Ramen Noodels 1/2 packets cooked and drained

Method
- Cook the noodles for 4 minutes, drain it and let it cool down for couple of minutes in tap water and keep aside.
- Prepare the slice onion, capsicum, chilli and chopped coriander. Drain the cooked cheek peas. Get the cooked slice chicken from packet.
- Add the oil in pan and heat it in medium heat until it smoked. Add onion, capsicum, cheek peas and chicken. Stir for a minute until it gets slightly soft.
- Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, salt and msg and stir in a medium heat for a minute.
- Plate it in your plate and season with fresh coriander and slice of lemon wedges and it is ready to eat.
