Ingredients
- 1. Tbsp corn flour
- 1.5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup water
- 1.5 tbsp oil for stir fry
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 200g chopped chicken pieces
- 1 medium carrot chopped
- 1/2 cup quartered button mushrooms
- 2 bunches choy sun cut leaves from stalks
Method
- Combine corn flour, soy, oyster sauce. Mirin, sesame oil & water in a bowl & stir
- Fry garlic & onions until they wilt
- Add chicken pieces & cook until chicken turns white
- Add carrots, mushrooms & choy sum stalks continue to cook for 2 minutes
- Add choy sum leaves & stir in sauce
- Cook until veg are cooked but firm & sauce thickens
- Serve hot
