Chicken fried rice

Ingredients
- 1kg diced Chicken
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 300g diced Bacon
- 4 Eggs
- 6 cups of Cooked rice
- 2 cups frozen peas, corn and carrots
- 3 tablespoons ABC sweet soy sauce

- ABC - SWEET SOY SAUCE
Method
- Cook the chicken and bacon in the olive oil, then set aside
- In the same pan, cook the beaten eggs and scramble into small pieces
- Add the meats, cooked rice and frozen vegetables to the pan with the eggs and stir
- Finish with a generous drizzle of asisn inspirations ABC sweet soy sauce, stir, and serve.
