Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast
- 2 Shallots
- Carrott
- Tinned Corn
- 2 celery sticks
- Chopped coriander
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Ginger chopped
- 1 cup of chicken stock
- ABC sweet soy sauce
- 2 cups of rice
Method
- Put rice on to boil.Finely chop all vegetables, thinly slice chicken
- Olive oil into wok, add garlic, shallots and ginger, cook for 1 minute then add chicken, add ABC sauce and stock, wait until chicken is nearly cooked add all vegetables, rice should be done, drain and add to wok, fry off add extra ABC sauce, taste add more if needed.
- Serve in bowl with fresh coriander. Eat and enjoy, the whole family will love is even delicious cold.” If you have any leftovers which never happens in our home!
