- Chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- Lime leaves
- Basil
- Garlic
- Carrot
- Onion
- Green curry paste
- Coconut cream
- Salt

Method
- Fry chicken breast in oil and 1 teaspoon salt, once cooked, add the vegetables and cook until tender, add the lime leaves and basil add the coconut cream and green curry paste. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes and the dish is done.
