Chicken laksa

Ingredients
- Laksa paste
- Coconut cream
- 500g chicken
- Diced onion
- Diced garlic
- Chopped ginger
- Saffron rice
- Roti bread
- Chilli
- Paprika

Method
- Lightly fry onion, chilli, garlic and ginger
- Add chicken, laksa paste and coconut cream. Add paprika once all mixed
- Let cook for 40 mins. Cook rice, heat roti and serve together
