Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Chicken laksa ala Bott

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- Half a bottle of laksa paste
- 200g thin pieces of chicken breast
- Half a cup of green beens
- 200 mills of coconut milk
- Handful Fresh crunchy spring beans
- Some asparagus leaves for topping
- Half a lime for juice

Method
- Add the peanut oil to a heated wok
- Then add chicken and beans and quick cook for 1 minute
- Take the chicken and beans out , place a on a warm plate , and add half a bottle of laksa paste to the wok . Cook the paste for about 2 minutes until there is a nice aroma
- Add the chicken and beans back to the wok with the cooking paste
- Then add half a can of coconut milk and a little water. Simmer
- Quick boil a bowl of water and add the vermicelli noodles to the boiling water , cooking for under a minute
- Place the vermicelli in a bowl, add the chicken laksa, place a small bunch of crunchy spring beans on top along with a sprinkle of spinach leaves . Squeeze half a lime on top
