Ingredients
- Minced chicken 1 kg
- Garlic 3 teaspoons
- Half onion
- Red capsicum
- Thai basil
- Fish sauce
- Soy sauce
- Fresh chilli
- Lime juice

Method
- Fry garlic, oil and minced chicken
- Add soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice
- Add capsicum and fresh basil
- Finish with fresh chilli to taste
