Chicken mayo pesto roasted sesame salad

Ingredients
- 2–3 cups leafy greens (mixed lettuce, spinach, rocket, etc.)
- 200g Cherry Tomato
- Kewpie mayo
- Basil Pesto
- Kewpie roasted sesame dressing
- 1 cooked chicken breast (grilled, baked, or poached), sliced or chopped

Method
- Make the dressing • In a small bowl, mix the kewpie sesame sauce, basil pesto and kewpie mayo • Stir until smooth and creamy • If it’s too thick, add a tiny splash of water
- Assemble the salad • Place leafy greens into a large bowl • Add the tomatoes on top • Scatter the chicken evenly over the salad
- Spoon the sesame–pesto dressing over the chicken and greens
- Gently toss everything together so the dressing coats the salad
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed with salt and pepper
