Chicken Pad Thai

Ingredients
- Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
- Tbs Fish sauce
- Pinch of Brown sugar
- Tamarind puree
- Garlic
- Chives
- Bean shoots
- Peanuts
- Changs pad Thai rice sticks
- Chicken breast
- Firm tofu
- Whisked eggs
- Onion and garlic
- Dried chilli powder

Method
- Make the sauce by combining oyster sauce, sugar, tamarind puree and fish sauce.
- Blanch the rice sticks in boiling water and then run through with cold water.
- Chop up ingredients (onion, garlic, chives, chicken, tofu)
- Stir fry in the following order: onion, garlic, chicken (until browned), eggs (until scrambled), tofu, noodles, sauce, bean shoots and chives.
- Serve hot with additional bean shoots, chives and peanuts. Garnish with chilli flakes if desired. 😋
