Chicken Pad Thai

Ingredients
- 2-3 cups mixed seasonal vegetables
- 1 packet of pad thai noodles
- 1kg chicken breast fillets
- Jar of Valcom Pad Thai paste
- Lime wedge and crushed peanuts
- Tablespoon of peanut oil
Product used in recipe
- VALCOM - PAD THAI PASTE
Method
- In a wok, heat 1 tablespoon of peanut oil then add sliced chicken breasts to brown.
- Add in half jar of Valcom Pad Thai paste. Mix.
- Add in 2-3 cups of seasonal vegetables. Stir fry.
- Add in cooked pad Thai noodles and stir in remainder of Valcom pad Thai paste. Garnish with lime wedge and crushed peanuts.
