Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Chicken petite yum

Ingredients
- 500g Thinly sliced chicken breast
- 1 bunch Broccolini (cut into 4-5cm lengths)
- 1 large onion (cut chunky)
- 2 sprigs of shallots (sliced)
- 1 medium zucchini (cut into small chunks)
- 1 pack mi goreng noodles (noodles only)
- 2 tablespoons ABC sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Slivered almonds (optional) (4 tablespoons or desired amount)
- Salt and pepper to season
- 1 bunch bok choy (roughly chopped approx 5cm lengths)

Method
- Place noodles in boiling hot water for 3 mins, drain, and set aside.
- Thinly slice chicken breast. Place oil in large frying pan and heat to high heat. Add chicken breast, salt and pepper to season, and sauté until lightly coloured (just cooked). Remove from pan, and set aside.
- Place in pan garlic, ginger, chopped broccolini, chunky diced onion, small zucchini chunks, bok choy and sauté for 4 mins or until slightly soft.
- Add cooked chicken breast and soaked mi goreng noodles to pan and combine well.
- Add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce to pan, mix well through all ingredients in pan.
- Plate up.Serve with slivered almonds (optional)
