Chili Tofu and Broccoli Stirfry

Ingredients
- 1 block of tofu (500g)
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. ginger paste
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. chili flakes
- 270g packet of Hakubaku organic soba noodles

Method
- Press and cube tofu
- Add 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil to frypan and stir fry tofu for 8 minutes. Remove tofu when cooked.
- While tofu is cooking, combine corn starch, water, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger and maple syrup to create a sauce.
- Add remaining sesame oil and add broccoli to fry pan. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Add sauce and tofu to broccoli and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add chili flakes and remove from pan.
- Cook packet of Hakubaku organic soba noodles for 3 minutes in boiling water.
- Combine noodles with tofu+ broccoli mixture.
