Chilli Garlic Chicken Veg Dumplings

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 1/4 Wombok Cabbage
- 2 Chicken Breast Fillets
- 1 Carrot
- 1/2 Red Capsicum
- 4 Spring Onions
- 1 Tbsp Soy
- 2 packets Wonton Wrappers
- Pepper
- Salt

Method
- Finely Slice and salt Cabbage. Let sit for 10-20 minutes and squeeze out excess moisture. Wash off the salt and pat dry.
- Finely dice up the Spring Onion, Capsicum and Carrot. Put aside.
- Dice the Chicken breasts into very small pieces. (Can be put into in a food processor if you prefer) Place the Chicken and Vegetables into a bowl and flavour with Lee Kum Kee Chilli Garlic Sauce,Soy, pepper and salt.
- Spoon about a teaspoon of filling into the middle of the Wonton wrapper. You will need to moisten the edge of the wrapper with water. Fold over, pleating edges together.
- Place dumplings into a bamboo steamer and steam for about 10-15 minutes and wrappers are translucent.
- Serve with yummy dipping sauces.
