Chilli Noodles

Ingredients
- chilli flakes
- sesame oil
- udon
- minced garlic
- chia seeds
- ground turmeric
- soy sauce
- star anise (to garnish)

Method
- Boil udon for 10 minutes.
- While your noodles are boiling, make your sauce by combining soy sauce, minced garlic, chilli flakes, sesame oil and ground turmeric in a bowl and mix!
- Once udon is cooked, strain and combine with the sauce, stirring thoroughly!
- Top with chia seeds and garnish with star anise!
