Chilli protein bowl

Ingredients
- Two soft boiled eggs
- Three tablespoons of natural yoghurt
- A sprinkle of goats cheese
- Two teaspoons of Lee Kum Kee Chiu chow chilli oil
- A few sprigs of coriander
- Two slices of sour dough bread

- LEE KUM KEE - CHIU CHOW STYLE CHILLI OIL
Method
- Soft boil the eggs
- Toast the sour dough
- Spoon the natural yoghurt into your serving bowl and sprinkle with the goats cheese.
- Carefully shell the eggs and place on top of the yoghurt.
- Sprinkle with chilli oil and coriander. Enjoy!
