- Mango pieces
- Shallot
- Squeezed lemon
- Handful of Chillies
- Ginger sauce
- Fish sauce

Method
- Add the ingredients to a blender, blend until uniform.
- Store in a jar and refrigerate. It's a straightforward Chilli sauce.
