Chinese Beef and Brocoli

Ingredients
- 350 – 400 g / 12 – 14 oz beef
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 large head broccoli
- Rice or noodle
- Dark soy sauce
- Light soy sauce
- Chinese cooking wine
- Chinese five spice powder
- Sesame oil

Method
- Sauce: Place water and cornflour in a bowl, mix. Then add remaining ingredients
- Beef: Place in a bowl and add 1 1/2 tbsp Sauce. Mix.
- Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add broccoli, cook for 1 minute. Add noodles or rice then after 15 seconds, use a wooden spoon to separate.
