Chinese braised chicken wing with egg and tofu

Ingredients
- 8 Egg
- 300g Tofu
- 1kg Chicken wing
- 5 Star anise
- 10 Bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon Sichuan pepper corn
- 3 tablespoons spoon Dark soy sauce

Method
- Boiled the egg , remove the shell set aside, while boiling the egg ,Pan fried the tofu and chicken.
- Put all ingredients into the wok or big pot , put water or chicken stock ,until can cover all ingredients and put the rest of the ingredients inside the wok.
- Make it to boiled for around 30minute , and then turn down to medium low heat,add seasoning and cook it for another 30minute until all the liquid absorbed by the chicken. And you ready to eat with rice ;-)
