Chinese Fakeaway: Mongolion Beef

Ingredients
- 500g sizzle steak
- 1 green capsicum
- 1 brown onion
- Mongolion lamb sauce
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- Rice to serve
- 1/4 cup water

Method
- Chop capsicum, onion and beef into large squares.
- Heat oil in a large pan on high. Add capcicum and onion and brown.
- Add water and cover plan to soften vegetables.
- Add beef and sear on both sides.
- Return heat to low, add sauce and simmer for one minute.
- Serve with steamed rice.
