Classic chicken and broccoli

Ingredients
- Chicken thighs
- Broccoli
- Garlic
- Baby corn
- Water chestnuts
- Oyster sauce
- Light soy sauce
- Shaoxin cooking wine
- Salt and pepper

Method
- Cut chicken in strips, marinate in oyster, light soy, shaoxin wine, corn starch and white pepper marinate for at least an hour (preferably overnight).
- Mince garlic, cut and blanch broccoli, rice in cold water and dry.
- In a wok, hear vegetable oil and brown chicken, adding garlic when nearly done. Add additional veg such as baby corn Ns water chestnuts. When cooked, add broccoli. Add corn starch slurry to make a yummy sauce!When cooked to your liking you're all done! Serves best with fresh white jasmine rice.
