Classic Thai Tossed Noodles serve with marinated pork

Ingredients
- 200g.Pork Shoulder
- 1 pc. Coriander root
- 1 clove. Garlic
- 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp. Premium soy sauce (Lee Kum Kee)
- 1 tsp. ABC sweet dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Black pepper
- 1 tbsp. Palm sugar
- 1 tbsp. Rice bran oil
- 100g. Rice Vermicelli noodle
- 1 tbsp. Premium soy sauce (Lee Kum Kee)
- 1 tsp. ABC sweet dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. Garlic oil
- 1 tsp. Chilli sauce
- 1/2 tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. Chilli flakes

- ABC - SWEET SOY SAUCE
- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
Method
- Blend coriander root +garlic +black pepper corn +oyster sauce + premium soy sauce +ABC dark soy sauce + palm sugar +rice bran oil all ingredients together
- Add marinated mixture into pork shoulder massage pork with sauce and cook in Air fry (180c for 10 mins then turn over continue 180c for another 7 mins.)
- Meanwhile make noodle sauce add oyster sauce + premium soy sauce +ABC dark sweet soy sauce +garlic oil +sugar +vinegar +fish sauce + chilli sauce +chilli flakes(if you like spicy )
- blanch rice vermicelli noodles until cooked Then mix cooked noodles with noodle sauce
- Done..!! Enjoy your meal : Serve noodle with sliced marinated pork and great with Lettuce
