Coeliac safe Chilli & garlic pork stir fry

Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 500g diced pork
- Diced onion, garlic cloves (5) sichuan peppercorns, yuzu
- Kaffir lime leaves
- 100 g snow peas
- Diced celery 2 sticks
- Jasmine cooked rice 3 cups in the rice cooker
- Lee Kum kee chilli & garlic sauce 3 teaspoons

Method
- Cook jasmine rice
- Lightly fry: garlic, onion, peppercorns,
- Add diced pork, squeeze yuzu, kaffir lime leaves
- Add diced vegetables
- Add 3 teaspoons Lee Kum Kee chilli & garlic sauce.
- Stir fry for approximately 5-10 minutes.
