Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Cold Ramen(Hiyashi Chuka) with soy dressing

Ingredients
- 80 g. Hakubaku organic ramen
- 30 g. seafood sticks(Thinly sliced)
- 30 g. honey ham(Thinly sliced)
- 30 g. carrot(Thinly sliced)
- 30 g. cucumber(Thinly sliced)
- 3-4 no. fresh shitake(Thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp. sesame seed oil
- Nori seaweed(Thinly sliced)
- Pickle ginger
- 1/2 boiled egg
- 1 tbsp. Obento rice wine vinegar
- 35 g. Chicken stock
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. sesame seed oil(for dressing)
- Roasted sesame seed

Method
- Cook the noodles : Boil ramen in plain boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- Cook the mushrooms : Heat 1 tsp sesame oil in a pan. Sauté shiitake until soft and fragrant. Set aside.
- Make the dressing : Mix chicken stock, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil. Stir well until sugar dissolves.
- Assemble : Place noodles in a bowl. Arrange seafood sticks, honey ham, carrot, cucumber, mushrooms, nori, pickled ginger, sesame seed, and half boiled egg on top.
- Serve : Pour dressing over before serving and mix well before eating.
