Comfort Sausage Fried Rice Bowl

Ingredients
- 500g beef sausages, sliced into coins or crumbled
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 2 tsp Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce
- 1 tsp white miso paste (I dissolve in approx 2 tbsp boiling water)
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 carrot, diced small
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- Optional - sesame seeds and / or extra spring onions for garnish, fried egg to serve with

- LEE KUM KEE - PANDA BRAND OYSTER SAUCE
Method
- Heat oil in a wok or pan over high heat and brown sausages 3-4 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Add onion, garlic, carrot and peas and stir-fry 2 minutes until softened.
- Stir in oyster sauce and miso, toss through rice and spring onions for 3 minutes until glossy and heated.
- Divide into bowls, garnish with extra spring onions, sesame seeds and / or fried egg if desired).
