Creamy Kewpie Garlic Prawns

Ingredients
- 300 g prawns
- sriracha
- 3 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- Black pepper, to taste
- Spring onions
- parsley, for garnish
- chilli flakes

Method
- 1. Mix the sauceIn a bowl, combine Kewpie mayo, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and chilli if using.
- 2. Cook the prawnsHeat a pan over medium-high heat with a little oil.Add prawns and cook 1–2 minutes per side until just pink.
- 3. Sauce timeLower heat and add the Kewpie mixture. Toss gently for 30–60 seconds until creamy and glossy (don’t overcook or it’ll split).
- 4. Finish & serveGarnish with spring onions. Serve over rice, noodles, or with crusty bread.
