Ingredients
- pack ramen noodles
- Tsp soy sauce
- Tsp sesame oil
- 2 cups chicken stock
- Tsp chilli
- 1 garlic clove
- Ginger
- Salt and pepper
- 2 boiled eggs

Method
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, honey, chili paste, sesame oil, and spices, then cook in a pan until slightly charred and juicy before slicing. At the same time, soft boil an egg for about 6½ minutes, cool it in ice water, peel, and cut in half
- Sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil, then add chicken stock, soy sauce, gochujang, and chili oil or flakes. Let it simmer for a few minutes to develop a rich, spicy, and aromatic base.
- Cook ramen noodles separately, place them in a serving bowl, and pour the hot broth over them. Arrange sliced chicken, kimchi, soft-boiled egg, spring onions, chili slices, and sesame seeds on top.
