CRISPY CHICKEN FOR COOL DAY

Ingredients
- 500 gram chicken thigh fillet
- 3 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper
- 100 gram all -purpose flour
- 100 gram OBENTO Panko bread crumbs
- 3 eggs
- Oil

Method
- Clean chicken thigh fillet and cut to small pieces as you like. Mix well chicken with salt and pepper.
- Pour oil to the pan and put on stove.
- Crack and stir eggs into a bowl. Put all -purpose flour and OBENTO Panko bread crumbs into 2 separate bowls
- Roll piece of chicken into all -purpose flour , then roll chicken into eggs and finally, roll it into OBENTO Panko bread crumbs.
- Deep fry the chicken that covers step 4 until it turns golden.
- Place the crunchy chicken onto a rack to dry oil and put them into the plate and enjoy :)
