Crispy chicken rice with kewpie and scallion sauce

Ingredients
- Jasmine Rice
- Crispy chicken fillet
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Sesame oil
- spring onion
- kewpie mayo

Method
- Fry chopped garlic on stovetop with tablespoon oil then add uncooked rice, 2 cups water and cook for 10 minutes
- Fry the chicken fillet in 1tbsp oil
- Meanwhile make scallion sauce with diced spring onion and finely chopped ginger in boiling oil, add sesame oil and salt for taste
