Crispy chilli chicken Kewpie rice bowl

- Kewpie mayo
- Chicken breast chopped
- Soy
- Garlic
- Chilli oil
- Jasmine rice
- Oyster sauce
- Bok choy
- Spring onions
- Seaseme seeds

Method
- Cook your jasmine rice and set aside.Fresh rice is best, but leftover rice works perfectly too.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium-high.Add chicken and leave it alone for 2–3 minutes so it gets golden and slightly crispy.Stir, then add: • soy sauce • oyster sauceCook another 2–3 minutes until caramelised.You want it slightly browned, not pale.
- Quickly pan fry bok choy in the same pan after the chicken
- Then finish with: • Big drizzle kewpie mayo • Spoon of crispy chilli oil • Spring onion
