Crispy Korean Popcorn Chicken

Ingredients
- Chicken thighs fillet
- Canola spray oil
- 1 egg
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Brown sugar
- Ketchup
- Gochujang
- Water
- Rice wine vinegar
- Pepper

Method
- Cut chicken into cubes.
- Marinate the chicken with the egg, soy sauce and pepper. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
- After marinating the chicken cook using air fryer for 15-18 minutes with a temperature of 200 degree C.
- While waiting for the to be cooked. In a pan start mixing the water, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, gochujang and honey and wait for it to boil and start putting the cooked chicken into the sauce and mix it well. And ready to serve.
